War of the Gods (RP)

"You hypocrites help people, that is a joke." Virgil pressed his blade against her throat. "I won't tolerate you corrupting this world and making everyone your slaves. They need to live their own lives and have nothing to do with you."

Shira smiled and closed her eyes "You think they're our slaves?.... They aren't... we only ensure there's peace on this earth.... So no one gets hurt... We only watch over the people... Let them do as they please..." The mark on Shira's hand began to glow brighter "You get rid of us.... There will be no peace... Everything will go into chaos.... because of.... You're opinions... You've never thought of everyone else's.... have you?"

"I have, but I also understand that theirs are tainted by you gods. I want them to form their own without any interference. The only way is to eliminate the gods and all their believers." Virgil swung the palmed blade at Shira's face.

Shira had grabbed the blade with her glowing hand "But.... It's my job... to make sure people like you don't hurt them..." She opened her eyes and they were white instead of red... Her palm began to glow as the blades on both of Virgil's swords exploded into pieces. Shira took some blood from her arm and made a mark on the ground with it. She folded her hands as the mark glowed and she looked at Virgil.... She smiled as the temple exploded in a giant flash on light. Shira barley escaped her own attack.... she flew back into a few trees and hit a boulder. There was nothing left of the temple... all there was... was a giant crater.

Virgil rose up out of the dirt, blood dripping from inside the metal armor Virgil formed around himself. He staggered towards Shira before falling flat on his face. "This isn't over, I am gonna kill you." The metal armor turned to needles that flew towards Shira.

Shira weakly got up as she dodged the needles and landed behind Virgil... "No you won't" a ball of light began to form in her hand as she aimed it at Virgil.

Virgil smirked as he held up his empty sheath. "Gotcha." The sword shot up right between Shira's legs and flew strait up.

The sword stabbed into Shira's stomach as blood ran down from her mouth. She smiled and shot a beam of light at Virgil, sending him into a tree. She coughed up blood and took out the sword... She winced.

Virgil leaned agianst the tree, unable to move. "Heh. checkmate." The sword spit into many blades and all shot at Shira.

Shira used the last bit of her stregnth... She closed her eyes, and disappeared in a streak of light.

Virgil hung his head, not being able to hold it up anymore. He smiled slightly. "Dammit, so close."

Shira appeared in the middle of a forest.... She winced, collapsing to her knees. She held her bleeding stomach... blood seeping between her fingers, and blood dripping from her arms... "Maybe.... this is it..." she smiled lightly and collapsed to the ground, turning into her normal form.

Virgil passed agianst the tree as his sword reformed and fell and stuck into the ground next to him.

Masako appeared next to Virgil, picking up his sword... He shook his head, and put one of Virgil's arms around his neck, helping him up "That was a dumbass move, To try and kill the goddess."

Shira winced as she started to black out "Gah.... It's starting to feel cold." She said to herself, trying to keep her eyes open.

Virgil laughed. "I came pretty close."

Masako set Virgil down as a shade appeared behind him... He looked at the shade and began to speak to it "Heal him... and then repair his sword." The shade nodded as it floated over toward Virgil and black magic appeared around him, healing his wounds.

Virgil snapped his fingers and his sword fixed it self. "no one touches my sword without my permission." Once he was healed, Virgil got to his feet and stretched.

The shade disappeared as Masako sat on the ground, looking at the night sky "I don't think she'll make it"

Virgil sheathed his sword and smirked. "No, she will. She wants to stop me so she will survive."

Shira closed her eyes more as her heart slowed "No.... I..I lost too much.... blood" She winced

The plants around Masako and Virgil began to wilt as Masako looked around "Looks like she is...."

"Too bad, I wanted to get the rest of the map from her while she was still alive."

Masako chuckled "You wanted to kill her though"

"That too."

The plants began to die more as Masako sighed "If you kill the other gods... this will happen"

"That is none of my concern. I only care about accomplishing my goal."
